Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, but to ensure the smooth operation of our services and to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we have established the following policy: 1. Rescheduling and Cancellation: Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. 2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours:If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service fee will be charged. 3. No-Show or Cancellation Within 1 Hour: In the event of a no-show or if a cancellation is made within 1 hour of the appointment time, the full service fee will be charged. This is due to the inconvenience caused to our staff and other clients who could have utilized the appointment slot. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy.
